INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 120g ground meat
- 🧈 150g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 1 bunch garlic chives
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
PASOS
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place it on a microwave-safe plate, and heat at 600W for 1 minute.
Cut the garlic chives into 3cm pieces and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add garlic chives, and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add ground meat and garlic, stir-fry until the meat changes color. Crumble the tofu into bite-sized pieces using a spoon and stir-fry for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
Return the garlic chives to the pan, add the seasoning ingredients (☆), and stir-fry to combine.
