INGREDIENTES
Cake Batter
- 🧈 60g unsalted butter
- 🧀 40g cream cheese
- 🧂 80g sugar
- 🥚 2 eggs
- ☕ 4g instant coffee
- 💧 1 tsp hot water
- 80g cake flour
- 2g baking powder
Filling
- 🧀 80g cream cheese
Topping
- 🍫 Chocolate chips as needed
PASOS
In a bowl, mix softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Gradually add beaten eggs while mixing well.
Dissolve instant coffee in hot water and add to the mixture.
Sift cake flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix until just combined.
Add 1 tablespoon of batter to each mold, then add 10g of cream cheese as filling. Grease the molds lightly beforehand.
Add another tablespoon of batter on top and tap the molds lightly to level the batter. Sprinkle chocolate chips as desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20–25 minutes. Let cool before removing from molds.
