- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp miso
PASOS
Wash the new potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half, leaving the skin on.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5–6 minutes.
Heat the butter in a frying pan over high heat and quickly stir-fry the potatoes.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, and miso) and cook over medium-low heat until the potatoes are well coated.
