INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g), julienned
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
PASOS
Cut the potatoes into 7mm thick sticks, soak in water, and drain.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, miso) in a bowl.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the pork and stir-fry until crispy.
Add the potatoes and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the seasoning mixture and cook until the liquid is absorbed.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
