- 150g thinly sliced pork belly

- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Separate the white and green parts of the leek. Cut the white part into 5cm lengths and halve them vertically. Finely chop the green part.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chopped green leek with the miso sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, and garlic). Add the pork belly and mix well.
Place the white leek pieces and the pork mixture into a heatproof dish. Top with pizza cheese and bake in a toaster oven until the leek and pork are cooked through.
