- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🥦 1/2 bunch asparagus
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
PASOS
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, rinse in water, drain, and microwave in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap at 600W for 4 minutes.
Peel the lower half of the asparagus with a peeler and cut diagonally into pieces.
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a frying pan, place chicken skin-side down, and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add potatoes and asparagus to the pan, stir-fry until asparagus is cooked through. Add the seasoning mixture and stir to coat evenly.
