INGREDIENTES
Beef
- 🥩 100g misuji steak
Rice
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Soy sauce as needed
- 🌱 1 tbsp wasabi
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sushi Vinegar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASOS
Season both sides of the misuji steak with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sear the steak for 30 seconds on each side over low heat. Remove and wrap in aluminum foil.
Let the steak rest in foil for 15 minutes, then slice into 5mm thick pieces using a slanted knife motion.
Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl to make sushi vinegar.
Combine cooked rice with sushi vinegar in another bowl, divide into 10 portions, and shape into oblong pieces using plastic wrap.
Place sliced steak on the rice, brush with soy sauce, and top with a small amount of wasabi.
