INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 bunch mitsuba
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Condiments
- 2g bonito flakes
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100ml water
PASOS
Cut the mitsuba into bite-sized pieces and trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms, separating them by hand.
Mix the ☆ seasonings (mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) in a bowl.
Add the mitsuba and shimeji to the bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Remove the plastic wrap, mix the ingredients, and serve in a dish topped with bonito flakes.
