INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 2 bunches mitsuba
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 50 ml water
Topping
- 3 g katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
PASOS
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the mitsuba starting from the stems for about 10 seconds. Remove and cool in cold water, then lightly squeeze out excess water.
Trim the roots off the mitsuba and cut into four equal lengths.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, dashi powder, and water. Add the mitsuba and let it soak.
Serve in a dish and sprinkle katsuobushi on top.
