INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 180g mixed ground meat
Vegetables
- 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
- 100g enoki mushrooms
- 1/2 bunch chives
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
PASOS
Trim the roots of shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Trim the roots of enoki mushrooms, cut them in half lengthwise, and separate them. Trim the roots of chives and cut them into 3cm pieces.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce (sake, sugar, miso, doubanjiang) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add mixed ground meat and grated ginger, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add shimeji and enoki mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add chives and stir briefly. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry until well combined.
