INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 60g mizuna (1/3 bunch)
Noodles
- 20g glass noodles
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Cut off the root of the mizuna and slice into 4cm pieces. Soak in water for 10 minutes to crisp, then drain well.
Cut glass noodles into manageable lengths using kitchen scissors. Boil in a pot of water for about 2 minutes until softened. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine mizuna, glass noodles, and the seasoning ingredients (salted kombu, mayonnaise, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper). Mix well.
