INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 100g thinly sliced pork
- 100g mizuna, trimmed and cut
- 🥕 50g carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
PASOS
Trim the mizuna and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the carrot thinly.
In a bowl, mix the pork with the marinade ingredients and massage well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the carrot and marinated pork, stir-frying until the pork is cooked through.
Add the seasoning ingredients and stir until well combined. Add the mizuna and stir-fry briefly.
