INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 100g mizuna, chopped
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced thinly
- 🥔 300g potatoes, sliced thinly
- 2 slices ginger
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 50cc water
Combined Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces. Slice carrot thinly (5mm width). Halve and thinly slice potatoes (5mm width), then soak in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and sake.
Mix the combined seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, grated ginger) in a bowl.
Layer carrot and potato slices in a frying pan. Place salmon fillets and ginger slices on top. Add water, cover, and steam over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add mizuna and pour the combined seasoning over the dish. Cover and steam for another 5 minutes.
