INGREDIENTES

- 60g Moroccan green beans
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Protein
- 2 sausages, cut diagonally into thirds
Liquid
- 💧 400cc water
Seasonings
- 1 tsp consommé
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Trim the ends of the Moroccan green beans and cut them diagonally into 2cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion.
Cut the sausages diagonally into three equal parts.
In a pot, bring water and the seasonings (consommé, salt, and pepper) to a boil. Add the sausages and onions, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the Moroccan green beans and simmer for another 2 minutes.
