    • 1 cup sticky rice
    • 1/2 cup white rice
  • Vegetables

    • 50g mountain vegetables (boiled)
    • 🥕 30g carrot, sliced

    • 1/4 sheet fried tofu (5g)
    • Water as needed
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder

Wash the sticky rice and white rice together. Soak in plenty of water for at least 30 minutes, then drain.

Boil water in a pot, add mountain vegetables, and blanch briefly. Drain well.

Slice the carrot into thin strips and cut the fried tofu into 1cm wide pieces.

Add the sticky rice, white rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker, filling up to the 1.5-cup mark. Mix well and level the rice. Place mountain vegetables, tofu, and carrot on top, then cook as usual.
