INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Noodles
- 50g harusame noodles
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 200ml water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp water
PASOS
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add ground pork, grated garlic, and grated ginger. Stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color. Add bean sprouts and stir briefly to coat with oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, doubanjiang, oyster sauce, chicken stock powder, and water). Bring to a boil, then add harusame noodles and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) and stir until the sauce thickens. Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onion.
