INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, roughly chopped
- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
Protein
- 🌭 2 sausages, diagonally sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Slice the mushrooms thinly, roughly chop the onion and bell pepper, and diagonally slice the sausages.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms and onion until softened.
Add the sausages and stir-fry briefly, then add the seasoning ingredients and cooked white rice. Mix well.
Add the bell pepper and stir-fry briefly until everything is well combined.
