INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1/4 head radicchio
- 2 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1 pack king oyster mushrooms
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🍋 1/4 lemon
PASOS
Tear radicchio and green leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces, soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Cut king oyster mushrooms into 3cm wide sticks.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add shimeji mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, and grated garlic. Stir-fry on high heat until the mushrooms soften. Add salt and pepper, then mix well.
Arrange radicchio, green leaf lettuce, and sautéed mushrooms on a plate. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
