- 🍄 9 small button mushrooms
- 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese, as needed
- 🥩 50g ground beef
- Parsley flakes, a pinch
Seasonings
- 🧂 Salt, a pinch
- Pepper, a dash
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- Canola oil, a small amount
PASOS
Season the ground beef with cooking wine, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Let it marinate.
Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, and chop the stems finely.
Heat a pan with canola oil and sauté the marinated beef and chopped mushroom stems. Add oyster sauce and corn syrup, then cook until well combined.
Fill the mushroom caps with the cooked beef mixture.
Top each filled mushroom with mozzarella cheese as desired.
Bake in the oven until the mozzarella cheese melts.
Cut the cheddar cheese to fit the mushroom size and place on top.
Bake again until the cheddar cheese melts.
Sprinkle parsley flakes and serve.
