INGREDIENTES
Mustard Chicken
- 🍗 100g chicken thigh
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 🍯 2 tsp honey
Steamed Cabbage
- 🥬 1 leaf (20g) cabbage
- 🌽 1 tbsp frozen corn
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Paprika and Chikuwa Stir-fry
- 1/4 (40g) red paprika
- 1/2 chikuwa
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 🌰 1/3 tsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Pierce the chicken thigh with a fork and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix all seasoning ingredients in a microwave-safe container, add the chicken, and mix well. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Stir, cover again, and let it steam for 1–2 minutes to finish cooking. Cool down.
Thinly slice the cabbage and place it with frozen corn in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let it steam for 1 minute, cool, and drain excess water. Season with salt and pepper.
Slice the red paprika thinly and cut the chikuwa into diagonal thin slices. Mix with stir-fry seasonings in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Let it steam for 1 minute and cool.
Pack the cooled mustard chicken, steamed cabbage, and paprika stir-fry into a bento box, ensuring all components are well-drained.
