- 150g boiled octopus, cut

- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- Pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Peel the nagaimo and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, then add nagaimo and octopus. Stir-fry until golden brown.
Add soy sauce, grated garlic, and parsley to the pan. Stir briefly, then serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
