INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🍗 200g ground chicken breast
Egg
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Vegetable
- 🧅 30g minced onion
- A pinch of chopped parsley
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Mince the onion and soak it in water, then drain.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken and the ☆ ingredients until sticky. Divide into 12 portions and shape into balls.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add the meatballs, and cook over medium heat until browned. Cover and steam for 3–4 minutes, then remove.
In the same pan, add the ★ ingredients and heat over low heat while stirring. Add the meatballs and coat them with the sauce. Skewer two meatballs per stick, making six skewers.
Mash the boiled egg in a bowl with a fork, then mix in parsley, onion, and ◯ ingredients to make tartar sauce.
Serve the skewers with the tartar sauce in a separate container.
