    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp dashi powder
    • 🧂 1 pinch salt

Place nanohana in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Rinse in water, drain, and cut into 1cm pieces. Cut aburaage into halves along the short side, then slice into 1cm strips along the long side.

In the rice cooker, add soaked rice and the seasoning ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and salt). Add water up to the 1-cup mark, mix well, and flatten the rice. Place aburaage on top and cook as usual.
