INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack natto with sauce
- 200g lotus root, peeled
- 5 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Filling Ingredients
- 10 pickled plums, pitted and chopped
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
PASOS
Peel and grate the lotus root. Thinly slice the shiso leaves. Pit and chop the pickled plums.
In a bowl, mix the grated lotus root, natto, shiso leaves, and the filling ingredients. Add the natto sauce and mix well. Divide into 8 portions.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Shape each portion into a patty and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook for about 3 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients to the pan and coat the patties evenly. Serve on a plate.
