INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g minced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Mince the green onion.
Mix half of the minced green onion with lemon juice, salt, and sesame oil to create the negi lemon sauce.
Combine the minced pork, remaining green onion, sake, soy sauce, and ginger paste in a bowl. Mix until sticky and divide into 4 portions, shaping into patties.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on one side, then flip, cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
Plate the patties and drizzle with the negi lemon sauce.
