INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g pork
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sake
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp liquid miso
- 2 tbsp sake (for cooking)
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
PASOS

Season the pork with salt and sake, then coat with cornstarch.
