INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🥓 6 slices thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧅 1 green onion (about 50cm)
Salt Sauce
- 🧅 30g chopped green onion
- 2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🌰 2 tsp ground sesame
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp potato starch
PASOS
Mix all the salt sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Stir well.
Cut the pork belly slices in half.
Cut the green onion into 12 equal pieces.
Wrap each green onion piece with pork belly and skewer them with bamboo sticks.
Grill the skewers in a toaster oven until both sides are browned. Drizzle with the salt sauce before serving.
