INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack neutari mushrooms
- 🥒 1/3 zucchini, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 green onion, sliced
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
PASOS
Tear neutari mushrooms into appropriate sizes. Slice onion, zucchini, green onion, and chili pepper.
In a bowl, mix red pepper powder, gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, and black pepper.
Combine the vegetables with the marinade and mix well.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic over medium heat.
Add the marinated vegetables to the pan and stir-fry over medium-low heat.
Add sesame oil and chili pepper, then continue stir-frying over medium-low heat.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
