INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 new onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
PASOS
Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide pieces.
Slice the onion into 1cm wide pieces and thinly slice the garlic.
Heat salad oil in a pan over low heat, add garlic, and cook until fragrant. Then add pork belly, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the pork changes color.
Add the onion and stir-fry for about 1 minute until coated with oil. Cover the pan and steam for about 3 minutes.
Add soy sauce and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes to evaporate excess moisture.
