INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 100g shirataki noodles
- 100g sliced beef
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 6 snow peas
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water
PASOS
Cut shirataki noodles into bite-sized pieces. Boil water in a pot, blanch snow peas briefly, then cool in water and drain. Boil shirataki noodles and drain.
Cut potatoes and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Soak potatoes in water and drain. Cut onion into wedges.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Add potatoes, carrots, and onion, stirring until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, dashi powder, and water). Bring to a boil, skim off foam, add shirataki noodles, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve on a plate and garnish with snow peas.
