INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 bunch nira (garlic chives)
Meat
- 100g ground mixed meat (beef and pork)
Wraps
- 6 spring roll wrappers
Seasoning
- 🍬 A pinch of sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
Binding
- 🌾 1 tbsp flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Cooking Oil
- Sufficient amount of salad oil
Optional
- Mustard as needed
PASOS
Finely chop the nira and mix it with the ground meat, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl.
Lay out a spring roll wrapper, place a portion of the filling in the center, and fold it tightly into a roll.
Heat a small amount of salad oil in a frying pan and pan-fry the spring rolls until golden brown on all sides.
Serve the spring rolls hot with mustard on the side, if desired.
