INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch nira (garlic chives)
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the nira into 3cm lengths.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Mix the miso sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, miso) in a bowl.
Place the salmon and vegetables on aluminum foil, drizzle with the miso sauce, and wrap tightly.
Arrange the foil packets in a frying pan, add water to about 1cm depth, and cover with a lid. Heat on medium.
Once boiling, reduce to low heat and steam for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
