INGREDIENTES
Vegetable
- 1 bunch nira
Wrapper
- 20 large dumpling wrappers
Oil
- Sesame oil for cooking, as needed
- Sesame oil for finishing, as needed
Liquid
- 💧 50cc water
Filling
- 250g ground pork
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

PASOS
Finely chop the nira and mix the sauce ingredients (ponzu, sesame oil, pepper) in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix the nira with the filling ingredients (ground pork, egg, potato starch, sake, salt, oyster sauce, ginger) until sticky.
Place 1/20 of the filling on each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold into a flower shape, leaving the center open. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the dumplings flower-side down and cook for 1 minute. Flip them over.
Add water to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 5 minutes. Remove the lid, drizzle sesame oil, and cook for another minute until crisp.
