INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch chives
Eggs
- 🥚 3 eggs
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Aromatics
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 200 ml water
Thickener
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 1/2 tbsp water
PASOS
Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces. Crack and whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, pour in the eggs, and stir with chopsticks while cooking until semi-cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, heat sesame oil and stir-fry bean sprouts, grated garlic, and grated ginger briefly.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock powder, and water) and bring to a light boil.
Add the chives and mix briefly, then thicken the sauce with the cornstarch slurry. Serve on a plate and top with the cooked eggs.
