INGREDIENTES
Dairy
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
Baking
- 🌾 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Sweeteners
- 🍫 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Flavoring
- ☕ 1/8 tsp instant coffee
Oils
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
PASOS
Measure 3 tbsp of milk and microwave it for 30 seconds to warm it up.
Add 1/8 tsp of instant coffee to the warm milk and stir until dissolved.
Add 1 tbsp of butter or 2 tbsp of vegetable oil to the milk mixture and mix well.
Add 2 tbsp of chocolate chips and a pinch of salt to the mixture and stir until partially melted.
Mix in 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour and 1/8 tsp of baking powder until no dry flour is visible.
Microwave the mixture for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Let the cake cool slightly before enjoying.
