    • 🥕 40g sliced carrot
    • 2 tsp mirin
    • 🧂 2 tsp concentrated soy sauce
    • Pinch of sliced chili
    • Pinch of white sesame seeds
    • 1 tsp sesame oil

Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.

Place chicken, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce in a plastic bag and massage well.
