INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦑 1 squid
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini
- 🍄 1/2 shiitake mushroom
- 🧅 Some green onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 350 ml anchovy stock
- 3 tsp potato starch
- 💧 30 ml water
PASOS
Prepare and clean the squid and vegetables.
Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the squid into 3 cm pieces.
Heat oil and green onion in a pan to make scallion oil.
Add all vegetables and stir-fry together.
Add squid, salt, oyster sauce, and pepper, then stir-fry quickly over high heat.
Pour anchovy stock and bring to a boil. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and cooking wine.
Thicken the sauce with potato starch mixed with water. Cook for 2–3 more minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
