- 💧 200 ml water
- 🍶 2 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce

Add dashi powder and water to a pot over medium heat. Once simmering, tear the nori into small pieces and add to the pot. Reduce to low heat and let it soften.
