    • 10 large gyoza wrappers
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Liquid

    • 💧 100cc water
  • Dipping Sauce

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp vinegar

Chop Nozawana pickles into small pieces. Remove shrimp veins and chop shrimp coarsely.

In a bowl, mix shrimp with sake and a pinch of salt.

Add ground pork, chopped Nozawana pickles, and seasoning ingredients (☆) to the bowl. Mix until sticky.

Place filling in the center of a gyoza wrapper. Fold one side over and seal with water.

Heat half the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Arrange gyoza in the pan, add water, and cover immediately.

Once water evaporates, uncover and add remaining sesame oil. Cook until crispy and golden.

Serve on a plate with dipping sauce made of soy sauce and vinegar.
