INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 40g oatmeal
Meat
- 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (50g)
- 50g shimeji mushrooms
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🥛 100cc milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
Liquid
- 💧 100cc water
Herbs
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
PASOS
Mince the onion and separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add bacon and cook until the fat renders. Add onion and shimeji mushrooms, sauté until softened.
Add oatmeal and the ☆ ingredients (water, milk, consomme). Mix well and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the oatmeal softens.
Add pizza cheese and season with salt and pepper. Stir until the cheese melts completely.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped parsley.
