- 🐙 150g octopus, cut into bite-sized pieces
Vegetables
- 🧄 6 cloves garlic, halved and cored
- 🌿 15 fresh basil leaves

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
