INGREDIENTES

- 🐙 200g boiled octopus legs
Vegetables
- 200g green beans
- 30g pickled mustard greens
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- 1 clove minced ginger
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/5 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut the boiled octopus legs into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the green beans and cut them into 5cm lengths.
Slice the green onion thinly and mince the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the ginger until fragrant.
Add the green beans and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the octopus, pickled mustard greens, green onion, sake, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
