INGREDIENTES

- 🐙 80g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g), sliced
- 20g pickled radish, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Toppings
- 🌰 To taste white sesame seeds
PASOS
Soak dried wakame in a bowl of water until rehydrated, then squeeze out excess water.
Slice cucumber thinly and cut pickled radish into thin strips.
Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Mix sugar and vinegar in a separate bowl, then add wakame, cucumber, pickled radish, and octopus. Toss well and let sit for 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
