INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 125g pea shoots
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 3 tbsp grated cheese
Tomato Sauce Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and set aside.
Dice the tomato and chop the pea shoots into smaller pieces.
Prepare the tomato sauce by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and grated garlic in a bowl.
Heat the tomato sauce in a pan, add diced tomato and boiled octopus, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce, add pea shoots, and mix well.
Serve the pasta on plates and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
