INGREDIENTES

- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
- 🧅 1/4 piece fresh onion (37.5g)
Carpaccio Sauce
- 🍬 1 pinch sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- A dash of pepper
PASOS
Thinly slice the fresh onion and soak it in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces using a slanted slicing method.
Mix all the Carpaccio Sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Arrange the octopus slices in a radial pattern on a plate and place the onion in the center. Drizzle the Carpaccio Sauce over the dish.
