INGREDIENTES

- 🐙 200g boiled octopus
Batter
- 50g tempura flour
- 💧 80cc cold water

- 1 tbsp tempura flour
- Enough salad oil for frying
PASOS
Pat dry the boiled octopus with kitchen paper and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place the octopus and 1 tbsp tempura flour into a plastic bag and shake to coat evenly.
Mix 50g tempura flour and 80cc cold water in a bowl to prepare the batter.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, dip the octopus pieces into the batter, and fry for about 3 minutes until golden and crispy.
