INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
- 🌱 4 okra pods
Seaweed
- 1/2 sheet roasted nori
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Trim the okra and slice it diagonally into thin pieces. Tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Place the cabbage and okra in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Add the seasonings (chicken stock powder, garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper) and mix well.
Tear the roasted nori into small pieces and mix it into the dish.
