INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 50g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 5 okra pods
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Spices
- 1/2 tsp sliced red chili
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp pasta cooking water
PASOS
Rub okra with 1/4 tsp salt (not listed) on a cutting board, rinse with water, and pat dry. Trim the stem and cut into diagonal thirds. Slice garlic thinly and remove the core.
Boil water in a pot, add spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of cooking water and drain the rest.
Heat olive oil, red chili, and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add okra and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Add spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, seasonings (salt, pepper, soy sauce, pasta water), and dried shirasu to the pan. Mix quickly and serve.
