- 🥓 70g block bacon
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🌿 5 okra (60g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASOS
Rub okra with salt, rinse, and remove moisture. Trim the stem and cut diagonally in half. Slice garlic in half, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut block bacon into 1cm wide slices, then further into 1cm cubes. Slice boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat. Once fragrant, add bacon, octopus, and okra. Simmer over medium heat until cooked.
