INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 100g frozen mixed vegetables
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Curry Base
- 2 blocks curry roux
- 💧 150cc water
Serving
- 🍚 300g cooked rice
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
- 🧀 Grated cheese to taste
PASOS
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add ground meat. Stir-fry over medium heat until the meat is crumbled and cooked.
Turn off the heat and grate onion and carrot directly into the pan.
Add grated garlic, grated ginger, and frozen mixed vegetables to the pan. Stir until the garlic aroma is released and the vegetables are coated in oil.
Add curry roux and water to the pan. Dissolve the roux while simmering over medium heat for 3 minutes. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
Serve the curry over cooked rice, top with onsen eggs, and sprinkle grated cheese if desired.
